PNG JPG persons picture is just an small Icon?

I have Win10 and Chrome browser.

I downloaded SuiteCRM (local C:) from Bitami stack 7.7.6.0 and program is visible with Accounts/Contacts.

I added in Contacts a PICTURE field for my JPG (or PNG) files but I see only an small yellow/blue ICON, not the face of the person.

In my previous 7.5 version with the same jpg file i saw the faces,

What is wrong ??

But Iā€™m not sure, that was only in list views, you seem to be adding the picture in Detail view, right?

What is the URL of the missing picture (right-click to get the link)?
