I have installed a plugin into my suitecrm previously, now an upgraded bersion of the same plugin is available and i wish to install that into my crm , is there any possible way to do so without losing the tables created via the previous version of that plugin, i.e, the data for it should not be deleted

You need to uninstall old version click on do not remove tables at the time of plugin uninstall after that go to admin panel repair & install new version.
