‘Lists’ are the different variables that contain the arrays o items you display on your dropdown fields.
So, From there, you can modify the values you will see under your dropdown fields in your system.
Every time you create a dropdown field, a variable (list item) will be created to storage the values you want to make available to your users. The name of the variable is similar to the name of the field. The system will add the word _list to the end to differentiate the name of your field and the name of the list.
