The company I work in currently requires SuiteCRM to be integrated with an ERP System. We’ve worked around this a bit however the company has a requirement where products should not be maintained in CRM but directly picked up from ERP Database to avoid inconsistencies. Is there any interface in SuiteCRM to do so or do we need to maintain products in SuiteCRM.
Could you not have your ERP System update a database table of a custom module in the CRM automatically? And have the record show in the crm but not be editable.
Thank you for your suggestion, it is actually a good idea. But It is not possible for us to make any changes in the ERP System. Is there any other way to do so?
Can we pull products from the ERP without maintaining it in Suite database?
