Dear Suite CRM Gurus,
We are new in the Suite CRM; studied the guides but we are not sure about philosophy of using it (what real-world entities to understand as opportunities, projects, events, meetings, tasks, targets, processes, leads, etc. etc.), whether they can transform in time from one to another, whether there are some relations (e.g. hierarchy) among them etc. So we are unable to decide how to use Suite CRM for managing our work with our customers, dealers, vendors etc.
Please advise kindly where we can learn about the philosophy of using Suite CRM and map itβs great capabilities in our working environments of entities and processes.
