PDF Templates Losing Changes

Hi,

I am using Version 7.9.4 Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509)

Scenario as follows:

I create a new invoice template, make a few design amends and save it.
I then test it on an existing invoice as ‘print to pdf’
This displays as I expect but I now want to make some more edits on the same template.
I edit the template only to find it has lost all the changes I previously made!

It makes no difference whether I edit using html or the editor.

Suggestions or solutions would be welcome.
