PDF Template - Insert field list not get populating after updating newly added template type

Dear all,

I m very new to suite CRM and this is the problem i have got when i going to create a PDF template.
I have created a custom module which is based on users. and i have updated “pdf_template_type_dom” with the relevant details. But when i going to create the Template and after selecting the Type which i added, Insert Fields shows nothing and become empty.

What would be the problem arise here?

Dear all,
Finally i have discovered the problem.
As i have entered an invalid name in the Item Name field and that was lead to get this error.
If you dont know the exact name of the custom build module please do look at “suite\custom\modulebuilder\builds” folder and click the module that you have created.
