PDF: strange recent Chrome behavior

Hi all,
I’m noticing that for some time (days) Chrome has been having strange behavior when printing to pdf.
In practice, it prints only once and no longer creates copies renamed with 1, 2, 3, … as it did before.
To print again, you need to close the browser and reopen.

Create a model, for example, for the Accounts module: filter and print.
Then, as soon as finished, try to print again.

No error in console and no error in SUITE.

it is like… if it looks at the same header of the document and decides that it is useless to print again …

Have you any ideas?

Hmm now that does sound strange! Few quick questions,

  • Does this happen everywhere in Chrome or just suite?
  • Have any changes been made to your CRM recently? Code changes, upgrades, new integrations, etc?
  • What version PHP are you running?
  • What version of SuiteCRM are you using?

Hi and thanks for reply.

This happens with Chrome (no problems with other browsers). I tried on two PC but I also received a couple of reports from other users.

My CRM has customizations but not in this case (it also happens on Accouts with standard configuration).
I’m using SuiteCRM Versione 7.11.2 (I have yet to find the php version)
