I followed the instructions here…

but the pdf button does not show in the dropdown on the opportunities detail page.
I added “Opportunites” to the pdf_template_type_dom drop down list and
here is the code from my opportunities/metadata/detailviewdefs.php page.
Can anyone help with what I am missing?
