So my parent and child dropdowns work perfectly when I enter data in manually (eg Region{Parent}: Cape, Practice{child}: CBUS// Region: Gauteng, Practice: GBUS).
We did a mass import of test data, and purposely entered incorrect information (eg Region:Cape, Practice: GBUS) to see whether the system would still take the information, and it did. Kindly see attached.
My question is, how can we prevent this?
Normally when importing, if the dropdowns doesn’t have the data that’s being imported it results in an error as the value is not found.
We want to prevent the system from allocating incorrect practices to the regions when importing.
Is this possible?
