Outlook is no longer showing bullets

Hi,

I just recently upgraded to 7.7.5. Every since the upgrade emails sent from my campaigns and viewed by Outlook email client bullets don’t appear. I have been using suiteCRM for over a year and I haven’t had any issues with bullets displaying in Outlook.

I know there is a known issue with Outlook and html bullets. But what changed in suitecrm to cause bullets to stop displaying in the new version?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They are left and outside. You may need to edit the source. It works fine in Gmail and yahoo.

I did notice they are left and outside. What has me confused is until I upgraded a few days ago this wasn’t an issue. Something must have changed in suiteCRM. Is everyone currently using 7.7.6 not able to use bullets in their emails for Outlook recipients?

I was using suite CRM for over a year without any email bullet issue in Outlook.

Just looking to see how others are addressing this issue?

Same issue here. have you somehow fixed it ?

No fix yet. I had to start using dashes “-” to simulate a bullet list in my emails. Everything I researched said this is a Microsoft outlook issue. BUT, this worked in an older version of suiteCRM. It was when I upgraded that this started to happen. So I’m not sure what changed within suiteCRM??

elsewhere (not SuiteCRM) I edited the html bullet and changed

    to

      Maybe it works also here.

      If you try and it works please post back.
