I’m having some trouble archiving emails into SuiteCRM (7.2.2) using the Outlook plugin (v1.1.0.9).
When I archive an email from my PC at home which contains an attachment, both the email AND the attachment make their into SuiteCRM, as intended.
However, when I try archiving the same email and attachment from my PC at work, only the email makes its way into SuiteCRM.
Can anyone help me troubleshoot this problem as I know the plugin can work perfectly well, just not on my work PC.
