What do you mean? Do you want to download those emails?
I want to see them. Whenever I out email from the CRM it will deliver, but I will not see the copy of the email in the sent folder
Hey @Rosemary765 that’s not a working feature. It will never show you sent emails in the inbox, I don’t think it ever has.
If the email happens to be related to a contact (or lead, etc) you will find a link to it in the history subpanel of the record it’s related to.

Little different question but it is related to outgoing emails.
Email → Compose → TO → click on Target icon
The pop-up is displaying to search target lists, when we select it then it does not show that list in the select option in the pop-up.
What is issue here?
@rsp that works fine for me. Maybe your misunderstanding. It says “add an email from a target” Thats a person who is a target, not a target list.
Yeah. I realized that. We want to send email to everyone in the target list.
Maybe I need to check another way

What campaign type we should use if we just want to send info email to target list.
Either the Newsletter or the Email Campaign will both work.
PS - this is getting to the point where we are hijacking the original posters thread. If you want a discussion on email campaigns and how to use them and send to target lists, you should probably open a new thread.
