Outgoing Mail Configuration - SMTP server error: Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)

Hi,

I have set up the CRM and configured the outgoing mail, then send a test mail, it works fine but when I test it.

But when I send a test mail again it gives the “SMTP server error: Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)” Error.

so I gain put the password and send the test message then it works.

It wont save the password or something going wrong.

Please help me to solve this problem.

I am using SMTP mail server, and bellow are the errors.

Tue Mar 25 09:08:48 2014 [31772][1][FATAL] SMTP -> ERROR: RCPT not accepted from server. Code: 550 Reply: 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. 134957.vps-10.com
550-(expatforlife.com) [91.109.4.222]:59689 is not permitted to relay through
550 this server without authentication.
