Outgoing History Email Sync not working

I’m working with SuiteCRM.
I’ve set up my email (both inbound and outbound) and it properly sends and receives emails.

The only problem is that when I send an email to one of my customer without using SuiteCRM (for example using Outlook or any other email client) the history of email sent to that client is no updated.
In each customer registry there is a “HISTORY” sections that should display all sent emails and notes. Sent email are not displayed if they’re not sent by SuiteCRM app.

I think it does not get auto sync, you need to use add-ons for it.

For example, if you are using outlook, you can use Opacus.

The solution you attached is for Sugar CRM, but I’m working with Suite CRM instead.
Are you sure that auto-sync doesn’t work by default? It seemed to properly work until few months ago. Now it syncs only if I send email from SuiteCRM.

there are multiple options, e.g. the official plugin Official SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin | SuiteCRM Module or e.g. Implicit frontend.

Is there a way to manually synchronize sent emails for customer history?

For example I could manually do it every morning so that I am sure that customer’s histories are correct.
