Outbound email send as via system email

In SuiteCRM 7 you used to be able to setup like crm@mydomain.com as the “system” email and then user could send as user@mydomain.com through crm@mydomain.com.

Couple of questions, because this looks like it changed recently…

  1. Can you still do this?

  2. Can you do this O365? Or, does each persons O365 outbound account need to be setup?
