Outbound Email not working in SuiteCRM 7.1.1

Hello,
I have fresh installation of SuiteCRM 7.1.1

I am trying to configure Email Settings From Admin Section After filling my details when I click on send test email, I am receiving that email but after saving the same settings I get following error

Error:SMTP Error: Data not accepted.
SMTP server error: Mail Account does not exist for help@ivyties.com

Please help me on this it is very urgent need to start campaign

One more point,

I already created a newsletter campaignBut for that campaign I am not able to add Email Marketing Record as in Use mailbox dropdown i have no item and it is mandatory for creating email marketing.

Note I already configured outbound email setting from admin section(still it is not working but record is saved in database)

I have attached snapshot of my campaign record

But I am able to send email From code, also geetting assignment notification

Need to know how to work with Campaigns
