osTickets - SuiteCRM 8 Synchronization

Hello team, can you please help me with a plugin that:

  • Reads osTicket open ticket details
  • Inserts them as Cases in SuiteCRM under the Account or Contact or lead or create a lead if no existing record
  • Includes a reference URL back to the original osTicket ticket
  • Stores a mapping between osTicket and SuiteCRM IDs in a secondary database

I’ve done something similar for UVDesk and SuiteCRM (via n8n).
You’re settled already on osTickets since you’re already using it I assume?
What’s the last requirement? Wouldn’t it be sufficient to just store the osTicket ID in a field in SuiteCRM?
