Any idea about how to configure SuiteCRM to use Oracle DBEE? even if there is a commercial plugin/connector for this

I don’t think so.
Eventually, all the DB stuff in v8 will go through Symfony’s Doctrine, so I suppose it could be possible (one day) to use that to connect to Oracle.
Any way I really wouldn’t recommend using a very untested DB with SuiteCRM. It really works better with MySQL / MariaDB. Even MS SQL, which has always been supported and has many people using it in real-life, provides (imho) an inferior experience.
Whatever problems you’re trying to solve (or prevent) by going with Oracle, you will create bigger and more difficult ones. I assume it’s some kind of corporate requirement, but really, tell your bosses it won’t be worth it.
