In our old CRM-System optional dropdown fields are necessary standard.
An good example is the city field. You cannot force selection from a list but would like to have as much standardized data as possible.
By typing the text in the field, the database must show if there are still fitting entries in the database.
If not - the new entry - has to be included in the dropdown list.
Is there any way to have a function like this in SuiteCRM ?
Please explain how to use the Dynamic dropdown field in studio.
We tried, but is was not working.
