Opt out url does not work

Hello all,

I am trying to create an opt-out url by checking the respective checkbox and insert it to the email template (both actions are held under the Campaign module) but it doesn’t work.
The url formated is the following: index.php?entryPoint=removeme.
I have also tried this url: index.php?entryPoint=removeme&identifier= but it is obvious that a token is missing.

What version is this? Can you reproduce the problem on the online demo?

Hello,

The version I use is 7.10.4.
Also, I cannot reproduce the scenario on the online demo because the “confirmed opt in” template is not available.

I have also tried this url: http://balrog/suitecrm/index.php?entryPoint=removeme&identifier={MESSAGE_ID}
but the only difference is that the message “You have elected to opt out of receiving emails.” is shown.
The url is not linked to a particular contact (id, email id, or something).

@pagibe perhaps it’s better if you open a new GitHub Issue with this. At least the “steps to reproduce” are clear enough, I hope one of the developers has a look at it…
