Can I set an opt-out checkbox like in Contacts, for a lead?
More specifically, we have workflow from Hubspot to CRM where they have the check Yes to join our email list. If they don’t check that, I want to set the ‘opt-out’ flag but for a lead. Then when the lead is converted, my hope is that this attribute will follow through.
But my priority now is to have an ‘opt-out’ radio tick box when creating a Lead.
Is this possible?
