But my point is that the field selector or dropdown(?) is missing as you can see in the first screenshot. It just a bunch of white spaceā¦
In the marked area, should there not be something to select?

Not for me. I would check that you actually have the template as shown in my previous screen shot. If that doesnāt help, then Iād confirm/reset your file permissions and see if that helps. Step 3 would be a quick repair and rebuild.
If none of that works login to the demo and see if the problem exists there. If it does, itās a bug. If not, then thereās a config issue on your end (thatās my general troubleshooting procedure).
You also may want to select opt in, then save. then edit again and see if it shows up.

No itās the same field āConfirmed Opt-In Email Templateā it just is too long to fit on one line.
