Opacus SugarCRM Thinderbird Extension and QuickCRM Mobile Unable to connect to server

Hi there,
I tryed to install add in Opacus SugarCRM Thinderbird Extension to Mozila Thinderbirb but i have message:
Unable to connect to server.
I have almost the same problem with QuickCRM Mobile. I installed package into CRM.
When i try to login into QuickCRM mobile i have message:
If QuickCRM Mobile is already installed, please check permissions on mobile and custom/QuickCRM directories.

Please if someone can help me where i can find those permissions and how i can fix the problem.
