On sending mail, status is not showing in history subpanel in SuiteCRM8.6.0

I am using SuiteCRM 8.6.0. When I send an email from the record view of the accounts module, the email gets sent. The status value is not displayed in the history subpanel, like in SuiteCRM 7, when the email was sent, the status used to be displayed as sent in the subpanel. You can see in this screenshot

Hello @ays , could you please check for the subpanel options inside the Studio?
Also emails sent are shown in the Insights as well but i get your point.

History Subpanel is not present in Accounts Subpanel section. You can see in this screenshot.
