Old page format still showing after migration from Sugar to Suite

Hello,

We finally made the decision to roll from Sugar 6.5.x to SuiteCRM and followed the upgrade path this AM. All our data and such seems to be in place just fine, but only the dashboard, admin page and login page are showing different formats from the standard sugar CRM theme pages.

I have reviewed the upgrade path instructions and we didn’t miss anything to our knowledge.

We did not forget the repair operations post-install/upgrade.

I checked to see if we had to specifically select a theme but its only showing “classic” in there. Any help would be appreciated, as I’d like to get my users back into the CRM.

Hi Ryan,

What is your environment? You may need to set permissions, and a Quick Repair & Rebuild in Admin -> Repair is always advised after installation and/or upgrade.

I love and hate when its that simple. I forgot about our caching appliance on this side of the house. Looks like all is well. I applaud the smoothness of this upgrade path!
