odd thing with Project Holidays and Resource Names

I am trying once again to attempt to use SuiteCRM 7.2.1 “max”
When i open a project and try and add a Project Holiday…it asks for a “Resource Name” with is a disabled field

I think the labels for Resources and holidays is mixed up.

The resource refers to the resource on holiday/not in use.
