Nothing showing in Add Condition - Workflow

As the title states. When I attempt to create a Workflow nothing shows up when I click “Add Condition”

Everything else seems to be working well.

Hi there,

Navigate to Admin -> System Settings -> Configure AJAX User Interface and disable AJAX for the WorkFlow module.
