Not able to send test email via email setting section of admin

Hi Forum,

I am not able to send test email. My CRM is hosted on justhost.com.

Alert Message when I do test email :

The following From address failed: alpesh.savaliya@gmail.com

Following are settings :

SMTP Mail Server : smtp.gmail.com

Use SMTP Authentication : Checked

Gmail Email Address : alXXXXX@gmail.com

SMTP Port : 587

Enable SMTP over SSL or TLS ? : TLS

Hi there,

Did you save your settings before sending the email? Settings will be cleared if you try to send a test after saving the details.

Run a test before saving with all details filled, does it still fail?

I have done as per instructions but still not able to send email via Gmail.

I am able to do it with my hosting email but not with gmail.
