not able to create new users because on Password Management cannot select template for users

Hi all

I am trying to create new user but it fails to send email with error:

“No email template is selected for the email containing the password that will be sent to the user. Please select an email template in the Password Management page.”

I navigate to Password Management page, but the field :

Email template containing system-generated password: has a value of NONE and I am not being able to change it.

I have done Quick Repair but it did not solve my problem.

Could you please help me solve this issue.

Hi,

The way this issue is resolved is imap. Please make sure imap is installed, if it is installed - make sure its enabled then restart apache2.
That will fix this issue :slight_smile:
