Noscript breaks studio

Does anyone have a clean way to warn users of a SuiteCRM system - including admin users who are trying to use Studio - that their browser does NOT have javascript enabled?

I know it is currently a small percentage use-case, but there are still many people out there who do not have javascript enabled by default on their browser (the popularity of Fireox’s NoScript tells me there are at least a few).

SuiteCRM depends on javascipt for numerous elements.

I’d like to warn users who access the site with javascript disabled that they will not have full funcitonality due to javascript being disabled on their browser.

I normall put the following code into the index.php file of a site

$noJavascriptWarning = <<< EOS
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
    <body>
        <noscript>
            <div style="color:red; text-align:center;">
                <p>&nbsp;</p>
                <h2>Your current browser configuration does not support javaScript</h2>
                <p style="color:black">Numerous functions in this site depend on javascript being enabled
                </br>To use this site, please enable javascript on your browser
                </br>and then reload this page in your browser.
                </br>Thank you</p>
                <p>&nbsp;</p>
            </div>
        </noscript>
    </body>
</html>
EOS;
echo $noJavascriptWarning;

And for SuiteCRM, when I put that after the line in {SuiteCRM_Directory}/index.php

$app->startSession();

All seems to work well as a "normal " user, but when an admin user tries to use Studio, errors come to the screen and Studio will not work.
