is there a reason for Non-email based Campaign to not show in Campaings subpanel in Accounts? I created Non-email based Campaign, added target list. I can see in Target list subpanel in which target list is present, but I can not see in which campaigns account was presented (target list was used). Is there a reason for that or it is a bug?
As far as i’m aware, the “Campaigns” subpanel on records like Accounts/Contacts/etc are ones that display activity from a campaign.
(ie: Email Viewed / Link Clicked / Bounced Mail / etc)
However, as a Non-email campaign wouldn’t have email activity like the above, no items appear in the subpanel.
