No result in basic and advanced search for leads

No result in basic and advanced search for leads
on the Search Leads screen using Advanced Search or Basic Search I’m no longer able to find any records when choosing any of the selections in Lead Source box. I get “No records”. I’ve tried all of them and I get nothing. This was working and I’m not sure why it happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you still having this issue?

Would you be able to pass over some screenshots of what you are seeing?

I assume it is the usual screen like so?:

  • Do you know if anything has changed in the CRM, from when you were previously able to see records when searching?
    (ie, CRM has been Upgraded, Custom Code Changes, Changes to the Leads Module, Changes to the “Lead Source” field, Security Group / Role Changes)


  • Are other users able to see Lead records after searching?
    If the issue is specific to your user, it could be Security-Group related


  • When on this screen, could you hover over the Red X, and let me know what it says?
    If I search for multiple Lead Sources, it appears as follows, with results returned:

And, finally, do you know what your environment is?
ie: SuiteCRM Version / PHP Version / MySQL\MariaDB Version?
