Hey Guys,
Got my CRM up and running, configuring some of the views in the studio and the filter for account name under leads is no longer selectable as seen in example 2.
I want to get it back to how it was in example 1.
Is there a simple fix I’m overlooking?

I don’t think it was ever there.
The relationship between Leads and Accounts is a bit special, to allow for cases where you’re only starting your dealings with a certain person, you want to register a company name under accounts, but before you have a CRM record for the company itself. The idea is that once the Lead progresses to be converted to a Contact, then you create a proper Account record.
So the Account field in Leads is not a real relationship field, it’s a simple text field. (You probably remember the related field from one of the other modules, such as Contacts.)

I have set up some workflows that filter them into their accounts based on the record fields.
