When we sending invites from calendar to our leads using our different employee accounts, it always send from our main admin email accounts with the admin custom signature. How do we customize this and have the invite sent from the related employee email account?
The meeting reminders go out from a Scheduler job, no user is logged on during Scheduler jobs. I am not sure if invites use the same process or not.
Anyway, the app design here is to use the system account for all automated outgoing emails. If you want to customize that you will have to dive into the code and make some deep changes. Maybe not too difficult, but I can’t say for sure, you will have to investigate where this is happening.
