No CSS style after installation

Hello all,
Just a litle question.
After installing properly SuiteCRM on my debian server, when I log my user account i don’t have any css style.

Someone knows why ?

Did you set the advised permissions for SuiteCRM?

I have the same problem … after install the application its look like this :

yes sir , i do it alot of time , dlet all files and reinstall it agine , i have godaddy host ,! i install it on my localhost " XAMMP" and it run very well .
