Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails Not Catching Office 365 User Not Found Reply


On our latest campaign run all bounces coming from Office 365 were not counted by the nightly process checking Email.

We did receive bounces in the campaign results, so it was working and I did verify the process ran as scheduled. This had to do with the reply coming back from Office 365. Anyone else seeing this? How do we update how bounce emails are classified?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
