For those of you who just wants some widgets for easy access to SuiteCRM in Nextcloud the SuiteCRM integration app has been refreshed and updated on SuiteCRM integration - Apps - App Store - Nextcloud
Nine widgets, grouped by intent so the dashboard reads like your day rather than a list of modules.
Schedule. SuiteCRM Calendar (upcoming Calls and Meetings, with an optional per-user toggle for open Tasks) and SuiteCRM Tasks (open Tasks assigned to you, sorted by due date).
Workload. SuiteCRM Cases (open Cases, filtered by SuiteCRM role ACL) and SuiteCRM Pipeline (open Opportunities grouped by sales stage with weighted amounts).
Activity. SuiteCRM Activities (recent Calls, Meetings, Tasks and Notes across modules, sorted by date_modified so “recent” means “recently touched”).
Discovery. SuiteCRM Contacts, SuiteCRM Accounts and SuiteCRM Leads (recently added records within your ACL, sorted date_entered DESC).
Quick Actions. A floating action button on any Nextcloud page for creating a Call, Meeting, Task, Note or Contact without leaving the current view. Toggleable per user.
