Next button grayed out on installer screen

Making progress on getting towards an install of 8.2, which has eluded me thus far.

I now for the first time got to the installer screen, however, I check the “I accept” button and choose my language as English but the Next button to proceed with the install remains grayed out. See photo below. Any thoughts?

I am running on Windows 10 xampp environment. I read the other older threads from years back related to Next button but the code indicated in their posts has changed sufficiently such that those solution do not apply today for 8.2

That doesn’t look (visually) right. Your CSS is messed up, and that’s typically caused by permissions issues - SuiteCRM can’t write to the cache directory. Solve that before anything else.
