My company is in the testing phase of SuiteCRM and I have a couple of questions.

  1. Is there anyone who is using Suite with more than 100 users logged in at once?
  2. We have about 6,000 accounts, 44,000 contacts and 1,000,000 case records we are bringing from our prior system. Has anyone had success with this?
  3. Has anyone made modifications to how a case is assigned to a user? We are looking to have the case assigned upon viewing the record.

Any general advice would be great as well!

Hi,

Yes the software would be able to cope with all that, as long as it was on a server with adequate performance to handle the amount of queries running. In regards to 3, yes this is possible through a logic hook
