Lo hice de a siguiente forma, puse la imagen dentro de los pixeles aceptados, 450 y 170, pase al idioma ingles el sistema e ingresé al administrador, seleccioné el archivo de mi pc y cargó sin problemas:
I did it in the following way, I put the image within the accepted pixels, 450 and 170, switched the system to English and entered the administrator, I selected the file from my pc and it loaded without problems:
