New install, no menu

I have repeated an installation several times with a script provided by the provider and I always find myself with only the “SuiteCrm Dashboard” and no menu or any object where I can modify the options or Admin user profile. It is not even possible to log out.
Another strange thing is that the only place to log in is at the URL “… /public/legacy/index.php?module=Home&action=index”.
What can I do?

PHP Version: 8.2.18

Looks like you don’t have profile file permissions and maybe wrong server root configuration.

That script provided by the provider is not correct. You can tell them about it and maybe they can fix it.

When SuiteCRM v8 is correctly installed you never see the word “public” in the URLs.
