New Install Error 500

I am installing a fresh installation of suitecrm 7.11.4.
Centos 6.9
PHP v 7.2
MySQL version 5.1.73

The installer takes the required DB info and halfway through setting up the DB generates a Internal Server error 500.

install.log doesn’t show anything wrong. The last three lines are:

2019-05-09 06:41:56…creating table aow_actions
2019-05-09 06:41:56…creating Relationship Meta for AOW_Action
2019-05-09 06:41:56…processing table aow_workflow

Any ideas how to fix this and finish the install?

Why Mysql 5.1?
I trust at least mysql 5.6 recommended.

Tried on CentOS 7,MySQL 5.5.60.

Still failed.

Any ideas.
