New entry with date could not be saved with "invalid value" error

Hi there,

I have encountered a strange issue.

Environment:
PHP 7.3.33
SuiteCRM 7.11.23 fresh installed

Problem
While create new account or contract with date field, it would failed because of date filed checking: Invalid value.
I can create the entry without initial date, then can edit the entry with setting the date.

Troubleshooting
The local date format is the same as profile, and I don’t know why this strange issue occurs. Did anyone encounter this before? Any suggestions?

Seems the issue was related with Browser, when I tried Chrome, it works fine. Strange since that problem browser also has no problem for SuiteCRM 7.11.22.
