New Contact Workflow

Coming from HubSpot, the SuiteCRM flow when creating a new contact, account or anything else new from an incoming email is very clunky and does not flow at all which makes it very difficult to reference the email that includes the detail for the new contact, account or anything else. Seems the better way to handle this would be to have the add new window to the right or left with the email in the middle without using the shade effect with window over.

Not only this but if there is a new contact that it being added, there is no prompt to add an account if there is not one associated. Would be nice if the system detected there was not an associated account to a contact and prompted you to add one - all this could be based off of the email address and domain name for the account.

If you guys could add some of the function of HubSpot with the power behind SuiteCRM, this would be an awesome tool.

Have you looked at the auto-import features in Group emails?
