Need to automatically sync the suitecrm leads with MailChimp leads

We have installed an extension to sync the suitecrm leads with MailChimp leads. Successfully integration completed. After completion we have a option to “Sync with MailChimp”. it is the manual option.

But we have to sync the suitecrm leads automatically with MailChimp leads.
Please advise.

I haven’t used Mailchimp myself, I’m afraid, so I’m not sure of its capabilities
