Hi so we recently set up SuiteCRM and have only just got our toes in the water so to speak. We mainly use it for managing leads and now we are using it to send emails through the individual Lead page. We are used to using Microsoft Outlook and are facing some quirks with this e-mail client.
1)When e-mailing through the Lead page(Activities->Create Task->Compose Email) the email window is a popup that is so small it has to be manually expanded every time because you cant see the body field by default.
Is there anyway to change this to a new tab or to make the window by default larger? What file is it in so I can change it?
2)I know how to use outlook as the default email client as per the user settings, but when an email is sent through it it wont be logged in the Leads history which is important for how it is being used here. Is there a way to log the emails in History if we were to end up using Outlook as the email client?
3)We have a custom field for the Leads email, and as such(at least I think this is why its causing it) when you compose an email, the βToβ field in the email isnt automatically populated, is there anyway to change this?
4)When writing another persons email in the body of the email, it doenst link itself like an email. The people using this arent too technologically inclined so I am wondering if there is a way to have it setup so that it would detect it as an email and make it a link.(This is a minor issue)
