Multiples whatsapp numbers for one CRM

I was wondering if we have a plug-in to connect multiples whatsapp numbers to get the messages and use them with one CRM solution to centralize and use CRM as a call center

Not sure if you still need this, but we do have a WhatsApp integration that allows you to configure multiple WhatsApp numbers within the CRM. It also supports multiple agents, enabling it to be used as a contact center. Here is the link WhatsApp Integration for SuiteCRM
