Multiple users version 7.10.5

We have suite CRM within our sales department and I now want to integrate with other departments in the company who interact with the same accounts, can I have multiple users on one account?

Note that the assignment mechanism is designed specifically for personal responsability - one and only one person.

Several scenarios where different team work is needed can be implemented with Security Groups - letting a group of people see only the records that they should see.

So if you don’t want to use the paid add-on, you can try this alternative via Security Groups ad Roles. A bit more complicated, but quite powerful.
