I had a SuiteCRM server 7.7.X and wanted to upgrade it to 7.9.1,
after upgrading it, SuiteCRM show me the top bar (sales,marketing, …) but then it shows me the desktop-bar and tablet-bar so they block part of the screen and can’t interact with it correctly. Do you know any reason why this is happening?

Have you cleared your browser cache? It seems browser cache issue.
Yeah, i though it too but I cleared it and tried but it seems that’s not the problem.
Do you any other idea what could it be?
Then, Have you checked the permission and ownership on cache folder? It can be the issue.
